Registration 


We offer classes in Oakville, Mississauga and Kitchener. Please check the schedule below and register for the class of your choice.


Registration Terms & Conditions

  • Acknowledgment of Risk and Waiver of Liability: By completing this registration I recognize that potential injuries can occur in sports or activities involving dance or motion. Being fully aware of these dangers, you voluntarily consent for yourself or your child/children to participate in all Zaytouna Academy programs and accept all risks associated with that participation. You hereby acknowledge that Zaytouna Academy, their directors, instructors, staff, or volunteers are not responsible for injuries that may take place during training, practice, or group activities inside or outside the dance studio
  • Payment Terms: Class fees MUST be received before the class starting date. Students may not be permitted to participate in class till payment is received. Tuition fees DO NOT include events participation fees.
  • Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds, no credits, and no makeup classes offered for any missed classes or monthly or full-term membership cancellation
